Suggested Schedule so You Can Plan Your Promotion of the Free Teleseminars:
Successful affiliates know that reminders work best. You will notice that while the first email is full of information, the subsequent emails are shorter and punchy. It’s a strategic combination of information. Sending out 3 emails for no-charge teleclasses is a formula that seems to do very well. I suggest:
Email #1 – Approx 7 days before
Email #2 – Approx 4 days before
Email #3 – 1 day before

You’ll notice that each email has a [salutation] at the bottom. You’ll need to make sure you put your regular email sign-off here. Also, I didn’t put any intro salutation at the beginning, like a ‘Hi Client’. You can add that in with your appropriate database field if you wish.
The text as suggested is likely to pull very well but go ahead and make any edits to the copy if you think it’s not written in your voice. And, if you have attended one of my events in the past please add your personal endorsement or testimonial. That really grabs attention.
